A Rise Begins After Any Major Fall

The other one is mercantile business where only buying and selling of goods is involved. Whatever kind of firm there are employees and workers involved in an organization. That too if the industry is larger the process of fixing salary and distributing them becomes a major problem. So it is good to have prevailing wage contractors.

Ultimately with the rise and fall of prices the common middle class will be affected. The richer class remains unaffected everywhere and anywhere, becoming richer. The poor will become poorer and most poor.

In a private sector where in all the issues of employees are even though solved by the respective unions. But there may be a situation of monopoly. Any private organization works for the employee or worker satisfaction as main motto.

The Human Resources department establishes a sound remuneration and salary system. It helps in developing fair earnings policy for different categories of employees. It manages the employee benefit program s such as provident fund, pension, housing, leave travel group insurance, etc. These are offered to employees due to legal obligations and for motivating them.

Management is the act of getting things done through others and having them does it willingly. Among the definitions we have discussed the above mentioned is the method which one would want to adapt and follow while implementing various management functions. They are primary goals.

In service sector the product is not seen physically but it is felt. The good is intangible. They provide services where actual product is not seen. Banks, hotels, hospitals, educational institutions etc. Come into service organizations. Maintenance, hygiene, nursing, teaching etc. Come into service jobs. There is a wide scope in service industry in the present world. With the growing demand for quality and customer satisfaction even in service firms there is raise in demand for nursing, teaching etc.

Previously women did not come out to work. Even though a few of them worked but of a decent or service oriented jobs. They never carried loads or did managing a firm or employed in an organization. But the picture changed at present. Women had come out for work and are equally sharing responsibilities at work equal to men. But they are not getting pays equal to men.

Demand for more work causes stress. Stress relief activities on the floor to refresh. Immediate action on any issues that would impact ones work. Interpersonal conflicts usually are unbiased and direct talk with the both sides to open up the facts.

Conflicts between management and workers are resolved. Workers participation in management can be used for integrating Employees with the organization. It formulates rules and regulations to ensure discipline in the organization. It maintains attendance and other records of employees. Research in personal matters to discover better policies, programs and procedures for more effective management of human resources is needed.
