The basic repetition is what helps them the most. The two or three word sentences become more coherent and they begin to build up something that one can comprehend.

Bullying is more and more common these days. If kids learn more about the difference between right and wrong at an early age, then things won't get out of hand and progress. A teacher will be able to see when a child is more aggressive and take this up with the parent. It could be something more serious.
