The person delivering is motivated and tends to even do better towards achieving higher than they did last time.

Traditional approaches used to have the teacher being the center of everything making learning very tricky for a student. The teacher is now on the outside with the learner being the focal point of everything. Delivery of the best is thus enabled when schools begin to embrace this new alternative.
