Such include vitamin B 2 (riboflavin), vitamin B3 (niacin), vitamin B9 (folate) and vitamin B12 (cobalamin). Others include thiamin (vitamin B1) and ascorbic acid (vitamin C). Apart from cooked food, these vitamins can also be gotten from supplements but you should only get such from a nutrition company you can trust.
