By Sarah Davis

When going through a break-up or divorce, it is always good to have a professional with whom clients can discuss various issues. While there are often many professionals to choose from, Nicole Noonan is a founding partner and President of National Divorce Capital, Inc. Who counsels clients without acting as an attorney or providing legal advice.

While the attorney has held executive roles such as General Counsel of a real estate appraisal firm in New York City, she no longer acts as a divorce attorney or provides advice with regards to legal action. Rather, as Ms. Noonan has expertise in a number of areas of law including family, domestic violence, custody, commercial and industrial, the attorney now provides counseling to clients based on specific issues and needs of each partner in any given situation.

Ms. Noonan while a licensed attorney in New York State no longer provides services as a Divorce Attorney or legal advice. Instead, Nicole strives to assist clients in finding the empowerment necessary to handle the very tough negotiations that are often a part of the process. As such, the attorney now uses that information to provide methods and tools which can help ease and expedite those involved in these situations.

The experience which Ms. Noonan brings to the table as a licensed attorney and someone whom has a certificate in Interpersonal Development from Seton University School of Law in Geneva, Switzerland allows the attorney to identify obstacles and solutions better than most. As a clerk for a Union County Superior Court Judge, Ms. Noonan learned a lot about these different areas of law. As a counselor, having this information available for clients to consider before taking further action has often been greatly appreciated.

While the focus if often financial issues at National Divorce Capital, Ms. Noonan can also provide some aspects of psychological counseling as a mediator. In most cases, individuals working through tough financial issues are most likely going to contact organizations like National Divorce Capital for help with counseling and funding. Whereas, others parting based on emotional issues often turn to those in the psychological professions for answers.

Ultimately, the decisions on whether to attempt a reunion or continue through with a divorce or separation are left up to the clients. Although, in either case, there are methods and tools which can be helpful in doing so. As such, it is Ms. Noonan's hope that she can provide information which will assist clients in learning these methods and how to use the tools to ease what is often a complicated process.

While Ms. Noonan no longer provides attorney services or legal advice with regards to divorce or legal separations, there are others whom work with Nicole who are happy to do so. Being that the attorney will most likely have a great deal of information on all parties involved in a case, it can often be beneficial to ask for a recommendation for someone at the corporation who can review and take the case.

Nicole is also an active member of the New Jersey Bar Association, the New York Women's Bar Association, the Southampton Animal Shelter, the Family Law Inns of Court and the New York Junior League which is a women's organization committed to promoting volunteerism around the globe.
